Had a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and tea and coffee making equipment in my suite. The views across swimming pool were LOVELY. The location was favourable, short walk to munnar and resort.

The staff was incredibly friendly and provided wake-up service and ironing. the location of the resort was perfect, right in the heart of Jackson and conveniently located near Jersey Mike's Subs, which we enjoyed visiting multiple times during our stay.
